Difference between garlic salt and powder

Whole vs part skim Mozzarella

Cookie Sheet like thing

Shopping List

  • Lavash Bread
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Whole Milk Mozzarella
  • Toppings

Preheat oven to 500 Degrees for about an hour

Brush or spray lavash lightly with olive oil on both sides

Add some pizza sauce

sprinkle some garlic powder and onion powder over sauce about 1/2 tsp or more to taste

Add cheese and toppings

Put it in the oven on a rack in the middle somewhere

Check after like five minutes

See if cheese is melty or burny or what

Take it out or leave in it for a bit…I like to wait until the corners get a bit burnt.

    Didn’t learn hot to make Pizza, but I got a good amount of sleep.

    Just wanted to say that I love the podcast. I don’t really have problems sleeping, but I sleep alot better while listening to stuff. The issue there is that I’m always missing most of the stuff, so I go back and listen to it again and again and again. With Sleep With Me I can just say ‘fuck it’. It was designed to do that. Thank you. 🙂
