    What is Supercast? Supercast is the tech company we’ve hired to host Sleep With Me Plus. They’re awesome and very helpful. Working with them, it’ll be even easier for you to listen to bonus material and receive excellent care. 

    Will the money I’ve already paid through Patreon get transferred? Yes! Just follow the step-by-step process (make sure to go slow and read reach screen) https://sleepwithme.supercast.com/patreons to instantly transfer over your remaining funds / credit. If you’ve got 10 months left on your subscription, we provide you with a $10 a month credit to use. Just go slowly and read through so you know how much credit you are getting. Some people have been rushing or have not connected their Patreon account using the link, so take your time.

    Can I continue using Patreon? We’d love for you to join us over at SLEEP WITH ME PLUS! You can keep using Patreon for now but you will be missing out on an amazing and easy way to listen how you want to listen.

    Can I upgrade to a higher tier? Of course! When you register on Supercast, you’ll be able to upgrade / change your subscription level. 

    Does my payment have to be monthly? Just like on Patreon, you can choose to pay monthly or yearly.

    You can set it up to have it delivered to your inbox or click the “Feed” link on your subscriber page once you’ve set up your account. When your register with Supercast, it will walk you through setting up the RSS feed.

  • How Do I Listen to the Bonus Content??

    The bonus content is designed to be listened to in a podcast app. You can listen in the patreon app or on our patreon page but you will enjoy it much more in a podcast app, as you can create playlists and set a sleep timer.

    To Start find your RSS feed

    1. Easiest way- Patreon sent you an email with it when you signed up. Just search you email for “patron rss” or “patreon rss”. Most email services archive your old messages so it should come right up in a search. Then just follow the instructions in the email to set up it.
    2. On a mobile phone just goto www.patreon.com/sleepwithme
      1. Make sure you are logged into your account. Top left corner.
      2. Click on the MY MEMBERSHIPS tab. Top of page to the left of posts and community. Make sure to touch “my memberships”
      3. Scroll down the page until you see “audio rss link”
      4. Tap the button once and to copy the link.
      5. Paste it into your podcast app of choice
      6. Watch me do it on an iphone into apps. You can watch these videos to get an good overview of what I am talking about.

    3. On a laptop/desktop or mobile browser (NOT ON PATREON APP!) goto www.patreon.com/sleepwithme
      1. Make sure you are logged into your account. Top left corner.
      2. Click on the my memberships tab. Top of page between posts and community. Make sure to touch “my memberships”
      3. Scroll Down.
      4. On middle side of page is “private rss link”
      5. Click on “copy link”
      6. Paste into podcast app of choice.

  • How find a specific episode in my Patreon feed?

    It depends on what podcast app you are using. For some podcast apps your only option is to scroll through the feed.

    There are free podcast apps like Pocketcasts, Overcasts and Podcast Addict where you can search right within the patron feed. Here are some examples-

To listen to your patreon bonus content on “Alexa/Echo” you can use-

  1. Anypod skill for free, the only caveat is that it is a free app and so neither I nor patreon can offer support just in case the app goes down but I have added a picture by picture way to add your patreon feed. Note I used “Girl in Space” as an example everything you see would be Sleep With Me branded.
  2. Pocketcasts (paid podcast app) this is super easy to set up if you already have the patreon feed in pocketcasts you just add the pocketcasts skill via alexa skills.
