1 Easy Sleep Tip – Make Your Bed
This is something that is always on my to-do list that I fail to follow through on. By going public I hope I can improve.
Make your bed and you'll sleep better. Yup it's that easy.
According to this poll by the National Sleep Foundation –
…respondents who say they make their bed every day are 19% more likely to say they get a good night's sleep every night than those who don't.
So take a minute each morning and make your bed.
But I don't know how to make a bed, plus I'm in a hurry and it takes too long!
