    I am going through a major life change atm, and the first few minutes (that I’m listening to right now, about to go to sleep!) are so apt right now. Thank you.

      I hope your life change becomes something real positive for you. Transition is always really tough for me and my overthinking always made it worse.

      So if the podcast can help even in the tiniest way then it means the world to me…as I can use it to smash my internal critic in the face!

      In all seriousness take good care of yourself in whatever way you can. The podcast will be here to distract you when you brain tries to tell you that Life or the night is dark and full of terror.

      Instead of the “lord of light” I guess I can shoot for the “bore of night”

        I totally feel you. Transition is scary and tough and not every detail can be planned out. And overthinking about it makes me unable to tell if I don’t want to do something because I don’t want to do it, or if I don’t want to do it because I’m scared!

        The podcast has been an awesome distraction for all my transitional period worries and fears, and was recommended by someone who felt the same. Smash that inner critic in its face, but not your own face, because that’s probably not a good idea.
