1 Easy Sleep Tip – Make Your Bed

This is something that is always on my to-do list that I fail to follow through on. By going public I hope I can improve.

Make your bed and you’ll sleep better. Yup it’s that easy.

According to this poll by the National Sleep Foundation

…respondents who say they make their bed every day are 19% more likely to say they get a good night’s sleep every night than those who don’t.

So take a minute each morning and make your bed.

But I don’t know how to make a bed, plus I’m in a hurry and it takes too long!
